A completed W-9 is required before your first payout can be issued. It takes just a few minutes to complete and mail to us.
Important: Your first payout will be held until we receive your completed W-9. If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we are required by the IRS to issue you a 1099-NEC tax form.

Complete the form
Fill in your legal name, address, and either your Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN). Sign and date the form. If you need help filling it out, the IRS provides instructions at irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-9.
Mail your completed W-9 to Owner Media Group
Once completed, mail your signed W-9 to the address below. Please include your Member ID (Pending) on the envelope or a cover note so we can match it to your account.
